Service

TFW Computers is a locally owned and operated computer store in Houston, Texas. For over 24 years Gary Richardson, the owner, has prided himself in putting his customers first. He feels that "service after the sale" is the most important aspect of good customer service. We at TFW feel that our knowledge of computers and the computer industry sets us apart from all other computer stores. Whether you need service for home, work, or school we can assist you in making the best decisions. There are many reasons why you should make TFW your computer resource.

Come by and visit us. We will be happy to give you a bid for your next computer system, repair, or upgrade. Don't know what your options are? Let us advise you. There is no charge or obligation.

Don't just take our word for it. Read what one of our best customers has to say about us, and visit SSQQ while you're at it.

Computer Bid Sheet now online!

  • From April 1983 to November 1999 we were located in Memorial City Mall. We are very excited about our new location, which enables us to be even more competitive with our prices and labor. Go to the prices and newsletter pages for more information.
  • We have long used two names: The FLOPPY WIZARD and TFW COMPUTERS. In the new store we use the name TFW COMPUTERS consistently for the name of the store and to refer to our computers.
  • We sell notebook computers too!!!
